Co-Founder and Development Director

Hari, 14, is a sophomore at The Harker School in San Jose, CA. She has been an avid tinkerer and inventor for the past four years, combining her love for technology and community service to make various tools for the visually impaired that have been distributed at blind schools around the country. Her explorations gave her the honor of presenting at the 2016 White House Science Fair, where she met Mr. and Mrs. Obama. This past summer 2018, she attended an Artificial Intelligence camp at Stanford, discovering her interest in AI and computer vision. She is now continuing to work on the research she began during her summer 2017 and 2018 internships at UC Irvine, pursuing her passion for health sciences and IoT. Hari also conducts weekly programming and electronics classes for middle school students, raising funds for the blind through her organization (www.donumvisi.org) and encouraging technological innovation in the youth. In her free time, she loves to sing and dance, participating in both her schools performing arts program and Indian classical culture organizations.
